Just Get Out Of Town – Terms of Service
About our service:
Justgetoutoftown.com’s trip-alert service is a paid subscription-based service. We are not travel agents, and we don’t look up customized trips for subscribers. We email 3 to 5 daily opportunities of flights and flight+hotel combinations we have determined to be a minimum of 50% to 90% below market value.
All subscriptions renew monthly, or yearly until subscription is canceled in writing via email.
Cancel Any Time Policy:
You can cancel your subscription at any time by replying to any email received. If you haven’t received a recent email, you can also email us at “firstname.lastname@example.org“. We will cancel your subscription and send written confirmation by the next business day. (If you are with Paypal, please be sure to let us know if you use a different address for your Paypal account.)
Cancelation requests of annual subscriptions will cancel the next renewal payment, and continue access through the end of the agreement. If requesting a refund for an unused portion of an annual subscription, a refund must specifically be requested with your cancelation request. Subscription will be converted to a monthly rate, and the difference (if any) will be refunded by the next business day.
30-day free trial period:
Your first 30 days as a premium subscriber are completely free. At the end of 30 days, you will automatically be billed for the monthly or annual subscription you agreed to.
If you decide our service is not a fit for you during the first 30 days of your subscription, send us an email us at “email@example.com“. Your request will be considered delivered immediately, and will be processed no later than the next business day. In the event you request a refund on the 29th day and are billed before we are able to process your request, we will process that refund immediately, and if not, you can just email us to request a refund.
“Oops, I forgot to cancel” policy:
We realize life can get busy, and you might not get around to canceling your subscription.
If you see a credit card or Paypal charge from us but didn’t want to renew your subscription, you have 30 full days after ANY subscription renewal to cancel and request a refund for that most recent charge. Just send an email to “firstname.lastname@example.org”, and we’ll handle it by the next business day.
“If we screw up, we’ll send you a discount card worth $300” policy:
We are human, and occasionally – we might make a mistake. If you ever get accidentally charged after you requested cancelation, forward a copy of your initial cancelation request, and we’ll promptly refund any/all charges since that initial request. (We’ll also send a $300 travel discount card as a way of saying “sorry for the inconvenience!”.)
Auto-renewal until you cancel your subscription:
Your subscription will auto-renew at the intervals described on your signup page until you cancel your subscription in writing. (You can reply to any email received from us, or email us directly at email@example.com)
Please note that all requests to cancel and/or refund MUST be in writing. You can reply to any email you’ve received from us, or send an email to “firstname.lastname@example.org”. We handle all cancellation and refund requests no later than the next business delay.
Contacting your credit card company to request a refund without written proof that you first requested to cancel and/or get a refund could cause significant delays, if not cause the bank to deny your request. Email us directly with any cancel/refund requests, and we will make every effort to make the process as simple as possible.
