MSP > Austin, Texas: $97 round-trip

If you go to Austin, be sure to check out Food Truck Row. Austin is where food trucks became famous, and I’ve had some of the best food ever from Austin food trucks. (Also, if you get a chance, be sure to visit Franklin’s BBQ. I own Aaron Franklin’s BBQ cookbook, and have learned a lot from them, but none of my briskets hold a candle to a brisket from Franklin BBQ. Best brisket I’ve ever had. (Their hours are “11am until “Sold out” (and people usually start lining up the night before.)
