Between residual fare wars as a result of Air Canada and a glitch in the “hotel plus airfare discount” algorithm, this is a great deal. (Not very often you can fly anywhere AND stay for $42 a night, let alone fly to Europe including lodging.
My prediction of how long this package price lasts: 6 to 18 hours.
