TPA > St. John’s, Antigua And Barbuda: $430 round-trip – Aug-Oct

The first thing you’ll learn when going to Antigua is how to properly pronounce it. (The “u” is not pronounced, and the locals get annoyed whenever they hear you say “AntigUa”.)

With what you save flying there, see if Coco Bay resort is in your budget. Unlike most all-inclusive mega-resorts, Coco Bay is unbelievably peaceful and quiet. We were there when it was 90% occupied, and we never once had to fight for a spot at the (quiet and intimate) pool. The restaurant is amazing, and there isn’t a unit in the place that doesn’t have unbelievable views.
