In honor of people who have trouble taking time off from work during the week, I’ve put together a category dedicated solely to weekend getaways. These trips are strictly Friday-Sunday trips. I include both airfare, as well as Flight-plus-hotel bundled prices (which can sometimes be as little as $10 more than the flight would have cost on it’s own!)
Since Fridays & Sundays are typically the most expensive days of the week to travel, good deals don’t happen as often as Vacations & Random Quick Trips. But when I do find a deal for travel on a weekend, I’ll be sure to share it in the “Weekend Getaways” category.
